Our experienced quality technician inspects raw materials, components, semi-finished, and/or finished products during their production run in order to give yourself and your supplier feedback on if they are manufacturing your products according to your specifications 100% and find and solve problems early on.

During Production Inspection(DPI)

There are two options for you to choose from

(Option 1): Random Sampling Inspection (RSI).

What is RSI?

Conduct sampling inspection according to international AQL standards or sample inspection according to the quantity you require; our professional inspector confirms the quantity and average quality of a production batch before it is shipped out by counting cartons and randomly pulling out samples.

Why do I need RSI?
No matter how long you have been working with your manufacturer and how much you trust them, before paying the remaining balance of your bulk order, you need to ensure that the manufacturer ultimately completes your order according to your quality standards and that the acceptable defect and substandard rate is within industry standards in order to ensure that you receive products that can be sold smoothly in your market.

What does RSI check?

We charge 199 (consumer products) to 249 (technical products) USD per man-day in major areas of China (and extra travel expenses apply in some remote places).

If you are not 99% sure the factory is manufacturing your order according to your specification requirements, or if the production & quality staff in the factory are aware of your quality standard and capable of producing consistently to the standard and doing quality control according to it, a DPI will give them timely feedback so they can correct if necessary. And you will know about serious issues or mistakes and revise your plans to avoid the loss much earlier.

For most customized (OEM) products, electronic products, and industrial products, we recommend performing DPI immediately upon completion of the first product on the production line so that problems and errors can be detected in a timely manner to prevent them from further spreading to irreparable steps. At the same time, the earlier the problem is discovered, the earlier the cause can be identified and resolved in a timely manner, which can minimize the losses caused to you by the delivery of substandard products, high defect rates, or delays in delivery.

In addition to early detection and reporting of issues, we also assist you in communicating with manufacturers and following up on improvements. If necessary, we will conduct another DPI to ensure that all serious issues and errors previously identified have been resolved.

(Option 2): Full Production Inspection (FPI)

What is FPI?

Our inspectors will conduct a full inspection of your entire batch of goods (rather than random checks), and we will promptly report and assist you in communicating with the factory on the spot and quickly resolving any serious issues found.

Why do I need FPI?

When your product has complex functions, high requirements for production processes, and expensive individual product value, you cannot be sure whether the manufacturer has strictly followed quality control procedures and standards in the production process to ensure that all product functions and processes meet the needs of your market. At this time, you need to conduct a full inspection of the entire batch of goods to ensure that all products are problem free, in order to prevent additional costs caused by after-sales service and returns in the future, and to bring a bad experience to consumers in your market. To avoid such risks, we inspect each product for you one by one.
